What is it?

Besides equally letting y'all collect work submitted by students, Moodle Assignment allows yous to mark work, both online and offline. It offers a range of ways to requite feedback and a identify to record a numeric grade.

Why use it?

Choosing feedback types

For online markers

How do I mark?

Step ane: Admission the Assignment submissions

After the final submission engagement, go to the Consignment (e.g. via the Assignments link in the Activities box in the correct-hand side of your course folio).

Click on View all submissions.

This will open the submission inbox or "View all submissions" page. From this folio, you lot tin can grade, download and upload submissions, and release grades.

Step 2: Prepare submissions for marking - ensure marking is hidden from students

Option A: To mark offline
